No. Because of Pennsylvania liquor laws, we operate as a dry-hire bar service and do not provide or sell alcohol.

Do you provide
the alcohol?

We create a custom Alcohol Purchasing Guide and send it 2–4 weeks before your event. This guide outlines exactly how much liquor, wine, and beer to purchase, with personalized recommendations based on your guest count, budget, and preferences.

How do I know how
much alcohol to get?

All of our packages include one satellite bar rental. If you’d prefer to use an existing bar in your home or one rented from another vendor, we’ll request photos and dimensions in advance to ensure it provides adequate serving and storage space (we bring a lot!) and aligns with our aesthetic standards. Please note, we do not bartend from island counters, dining tables, or folding tables of any kind.

If you’re looking for a bar in a specific style, we’re happy to refer you to one of our trusted rental partners. In select cases, we can also accommodate custom-designed bar builds, if this is something you’re interested in, please be sure to note it in your initial inquiry.

Can we use my bar/
another rented bar? 

Short answer: Everything but the alcohol

Long answer: Certified bartenders, general & liquor liability insurance, the bar(s), fresh housemade syrups and hand-squeezed juices needed for your drinks, garnishes of all kinds, ice, back-up ice, coolers, cups, napkins, straws, bar tools, hand-picked bar decor, a custom-designed cocktail menu, wine chalices, a back bar table, dump bucket, cleaning spray, cleaning towels, aprons, gloves, candles, antique dishware for your garnishes, a damn good attitude, snacks for the bartenders, the “good” cherries and, often times, at least one secret menu item. 

We come fully prepared so your bar runs smoothly from start to finish.


What do you bring?

We operate by providing everything needed to maintain the level of preparedness, consistency, and quality we’re known for. From mixers to garnishes, we handle all bar prep and sourcing- trust us, our shopping and prep lists are no joke. Let us take the heavy lifting off your hands.

You’re always welcome to supply themed cups, napkins, or drink stirrers for aesthetic or branding purposes. We’ll still bring our own supplies as a backup in case anything runs out.

Can I supply my own mixers,
cups and garnishes? 

Bartender-only services are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability. Our focus is centered around delivering a cohesive bar experience rather than standalone bartender staffing.

Can I just hire a bartender,
without anything else?

Shots are permitted at non-wedding events, always served responsibly and in moderation. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service or cut off intoxicated guests at any time.

Shots are not permitted at weddings. We strictly comply with all venue rules and their alcohol service regulations. Guest safety is always our top priority.

Do you allow shots?
